We are writing to request your help in data collection by distributing this survey among your students (master/PhD) for our research study, entitled, Survey of Telemental Health (TMH) Practices, Job Satisfaction, and Burnout during COVID-19. 

This study will examine counselors' burnout, job satisfaction, and TMH services adoption and utilization during COVID-19 using Technology Acceptance Model. A web-based, self-administered, cross-sectional survey will be administered to counselors currently providing TMH services in USA. Your participation will benefit the profession by helping to identify factors affecting counselors' satisfaction with TMH services.

To be eligible to participate,

1-    You must be at least 18 years of age.

2-    Providing (or having recently provided within last 6 months) TMH services in the United States.

3-    Able to read English.

Graduate students and new professionals are welcome to participate. As an incentive for your participation, at the end of the survey, you will be prompted to click on an external link to a separate survey, where you can enter your contact information to enter into a raffle to receive a $10 Amazon gift card.  This research is being funded by American Counseling Association (ACA).100 participants will be selected to receive the $10 Amazon gift card.

It is estimated that the survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes. At the end of the survey, participants will be directed to a separate survey enter their information to enter into a raffle for a $10 Amazon gift card.
