“Master’s educational majors apply, are accepted, and enter educational programs in different universities across the country each year. University faculty and staff are ready to receive these graduate students and assist them as they obtain their master’s degree. As students enter their professional programs, their readiness for completeness can come into play as they continue to question if their career decision was a good choice. Therefore, the goal of this study is to measure graduate education major students’ readiness into their chosen program of study as it relates to their certainty, satisfaction, and confidence levels. The second goal is to examine their optimism level in relation to the Career State Inventory (CSI) components; certainty, satisfaction and confidence levels”. Any student will be eligible to take this survey.
