FT Program Support Specialist (Durham)


Employment type: Full-time

Full-time Program Support Specialist sought for Threshold, a Clubhouse model rehabilitation program, serving adults with serious mental illness in Durham. The Part-Time Program Support Specialist will provide rehabilitation services in the prevocational day, employment, and evening/weekend social recreational programs. This is an entry level position. BA/BS degree required. One year of experience with adults with serious mental illness strongly preferred, but recent graduates with experience will be considered. Because Threshold is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, this is a full time 40 hour a week position which may include evening and some weekend hours (this is subject to shift with remote hours during COVID). Compensation for this position starts at $16/hour with bachelor’s degree and includes full health and dental, and retirement benefits.
