COUNSELOR EDUCATION PROGRAM -- North Carolina Central University

Calling All Counseling Graduate Students!:

You are invited to join us for the first ever Graduate Student Poster Session of the North Carolina Employee Assistance Professional Association (NC EAPA) annual conference!!!

"An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a worksite resource for organizations

designed to enhance employee health and productivity through prevention,

identification, and resolution of personal and family problems that might interfere with

               work (NC EAPA, 2015)".

Employee assistance services integrate performance issues, professional development needs, and clinical considerations with intentional focus on the client employee and the client company.

The cool part about EA services is that they are often offered not only to client employees but, also to client employee's family members. Because employee assistance is a specialty area of counseling, we are reaching out to each of you to join us.

Conference will be held on March 25-27, 2020 at The Winston Salem Marriott (on Cherry) Street) in Winston Salem, NC.
