Dr. Chadwick Royal, chair of the Department of Counseling and Higher Education at NCCU, received the North Carolina "Administrator of the Year" award at the annual conference of the North Carolina Counseling Association (NCCA).  The NCCA awards ceremony was held on Friday, February 10, 2023.
