Dr. Peggy Whiting, Program Coordinator for the Counselor Education Program at NCCU, has been selected by the North Carolina Counseling Association (NCCA) as "Administrator of the Year".  The virtual NCCA awards ceremony was held on Thursday, February 25 at 12:30pm.
