Dr. Regina Gavin Williams, Assistant Professor of Counselor Education and Program Coordinator for the Higher Education Administration Program at NCCU, received the North Carolina "Devoted Service Award" at the annual conference of the North Carolina Counseling Association (NCCA).  The virtual NCCA awards ceremony was held on Thursday, February 25 at 12:30pm.
