Within the Poole College of Management Graduate Career Center, interns work directly with professional staff to deliver career coaching services to students within our full-time and working professional MBA programs, as well as students within our 1-year master’s cohort. Additionally, interns may be included in projects that require interaction with corporate recruiters, campus partners, and alumni informing them of practices, policies, and procedures associated with the office. Interns must be personable, have the ability to guide students through highly individualized job search processes, and possess a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

This is an ideal position for students interested in pursuing careers in college counseling, career services, student advising, and/or program administration in higher education. Interns will be provided with in-depth on-the-job training to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to assume full time positions in career services, student advising, and program administration upon graduation.
