MOA’s for the Summer 2026 semester must be submitted by: Friday, April 10, 2026
Fall 2026
Last day to submit the Field Site Survey Form for new site approval: Monday, June 29, 2026
MOA’s for the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted by: Friday, July 10, 2026
Special Request Dates
If you are planning to utilize your place of employment, you will need to submit a special request proposal as mentioned in the Field Service Manual on page 8.
Summer 2026:

Students will be notified by: Monday, March 16, 2026
Fall 2026:
