We are writing to request the participation of your master and doctoral level students in the study: Psychological Safety in Multicultural Courses: Religiosity, Attachment Styles, and Social Demographics as Factors Influencing Psychological Safety. The purpose of this study is to explore how religiosity, attachment styles, and social demographics impact a student’s psychological safety when participating in a multicultural course.
We are asking students currently enrolled in master and doctoral level multicultural courses to complete a survey about centrality of religiosity and spirituality, their attachment style, five demographics, and a measurement on psychological safety. This study can be done in 5-15 min on any device with access to the internet. No identifying information will be collected from participants, answers are completely confidential, and answers cannot be identified to any specific participants.
Participants will be asked to accept a consent to participate prior to viewing the survey. The consent acknowledges that participants are (1) at least 18 years old, (2) currently enrolled in a graduate level multicultural course, (3) have read, and understood the consent form, and (4) agree to voluntarily participate in the research.
