The Trilogy School of Raleigh, NC is a small private school in the North Hills area serving students with a variety of learning challenges.  We are  seeking a School Counselor to begin in August 2021.  This position could be full or part time.  Experience is preferred in either a school, private practice, or mental health setting.  Our school serves approximately 70 students in grades 2 - 12.  Our class size is 1 teacher to 4 students.  Our students all have a diagnosed learning challenge which may include dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD, high functioning ASD, anxiety, etc.  Experience working with a similar population would be ideal.  We are a very nurturing and encouraging, positive atmosphere with a close partnership between students, teachers, and families.  The Counselor will work with students individually, in small groups, and as a support to teachers and faculty.  He or she should be familiar with best Social Emotional Learning practices, self-regulation strategies, peer mediation, classroom support for learning challenged students, etc.  If you are interested in learning more, please email Genny Smith at This email address is being protected from spambots.
