Dr. Kyla Kurian has been appointed to the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors.  Members who serve on this board are governor appointed and serve a minimum of a 3 year term.

On a similar note, Dr. Gwen Newsome has rotated off of the NC LPC Board after serving two 3-year terms.
