Dear prospective participants,
My name is Cheolwoo Park, Ph.D. I am an Assistant Professor in the department of Counselor Education and School Psychology at the University of Central Florida. My research team is looking for prospective research participants. The study's title is “Exploring the Association Between Supervisor Multicultural Competence, Supervisory Attachment Relationship, and Supervision Outcomes.”
This study aims to (1) examine the association between counseling supervisees’ perception of their clinical supervisors’ multicultural competence, supervisory attachment relationship, and supervision outcomes; and (2) test the mediating effect of the supervisor-supervisee attachment relationship in the association between supervisor multicultural competence and supervision outcomes.
Your participation is voluntary and valuable to help us broaden the knowledge base about the connection among between supervisor multicultural competence, the supervisor-supervisee attachment relationship, and supervision outcomes and the potential mediating effect of the supervisory attachment relationship.
Eligibility:

Currently enrolled in counseling-related master’s and doctoral programs with at least one-semester supervision experience in the United States

Have taken or completed at least 3 credit counseling clinical course (e.g., counseling practicum or internship) within the last 6 months
We expect the survey to take you around 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
We will provide a $5 electronic gift card to participants who complete all questionnaires and provide an email address, up to 200 total electronic gift cards.
