COUNSELOR EDUCATION PROGRAM -- North Carolina Central University

Below you will find information about the National Association for Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns (NAMRC) 30th Annual Conference being held in Raleigh, NC from July 25 - July 27, 2024.

NAMRC is a professional counseling association of dedicated individuals, whose mission is promoting cultural diversity and disability through advocacy for excellence and equity in rehabilitation research, education, and practice. The call for proposals is now open to students, practitioners, and educators and we would love to have you join us.  This year's theme is "A Seat at the Table: Disability, Intersectionality, and Social Justice." Also, we are happy to announce approval for continuing education credits through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)  through our program partnership with the WSSU's Department of Rehabilitation Counseling. We will also offer CEUs through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).

If you are interested in learning more about how you may join, present, or even become a sponsor at NAMRC's upcoming conference, please visit www.namrc.org/events.
