Request for research participation – A study about counseling master’s students’ professional identity and development 
 
 
Dear Counseling Master’s Students,
 
My name is Byeolbee Um and I am an assistant professor in the Professional Counseling program at the University of Oklahoma. I am currently collecting data for the study about counseling trainees’ professional identity and multicultural/social justice counseling competencies development. I have obtained IRB approval from the University of Oklahoma. 
 
In order to participate in this study, you must meet the following criteria:
  1. a master’s student who will graduate after March 2025
  2. currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited counseling program in the United States
 
Participants will be asked to take a survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. A $10 Amazon gift card will be given to 50 participants who agree to enter the raffle. Your responses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Your participation is completely voluntary.
