Description: This webinar provides a focused, practical refresher on the Goodyear & Bernard Discrimination Model, one of the most widely used frameworks in clinical supervision. Site supervisors will revisit the model’s core structure, explore the three supervisor roles, and examine supervisee skill domains that guide targeted feedback and support. 
 
Objectives: By the end of this session, site supervisors will be able to:
  1. Identify core components of the Goodyear & Bernard Discrimination Model, including supervisor roles and supervisee skill areas.
  2. Differentiate supervisor roles (Teacher, Counselor, Consultant) and apply them appropriately based on supervisee developmental needs.
  3. Select supervision strategies that align with supervisee developmental levels and session goals.
