I hope this message finds you well! This is Khalilah Slade, MA, LCMHC-QS, LCAS, CCS—proud NCCU Eagle and owner of Research Triangle Counseling, a trauma-informed private practice serving clients across North Carolina.

We’re growing and currently hiring newly licensed clinicians (LCMHC-As) in both our Durham location and our brand-new Charlotte office in the University Research Park area. Our aim is to provide early-career clinicians with a supportive and empowering start to their professional journeys.

At RTC, we center whole-person healing through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Many of our clients are professionals navigating life transitions, burnout, or a history of trauma—and we are proud to support them with compassion and clinical excellence.
