On March 16th, Dr. Gavin Williams presented with Dr. La Vera Brown and Dr. Tahani Dari at the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) Foundation Bridging the Gap Symposium in Washington, DC on the topic, "Poverty and Children: Implications from a Social Determinant of Health Lens."
In October 2015, the Counseling Program at NCCU was selected as the "Most Outstanding Master's level Counseling Program" by the Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision.
