COUNSELOR EDUCATION PROGRAM -- North Carolina Central University
Dr. Gavin Williams and Dr. Lupton-Smith presented research findings from a study conducted by Drs. Gavin Williams, Beckwith, and Lupton-Smith at the 2022 SACES Conference this past weekend in Baltimore, MD. The title of their study was "Rural School Counselors Broaching Conversations on Race with Students".
In October 2015, the Counseling Program at NCCU was selected as the "Most Outstanding Master's level Counseling Program" by the Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision.
